This people make CHEAP products and put a high price tag on them. I order a diaper bag and it came defective! They said they’re not doing exchanges that I needed to send it back with photos of what’s wrong with the bag( which is stupid because if u see the bag, u can clearly see how it’s damaged so what’s the pictures for?) So I said ok how long does the refund take, 1-3 weeks! She also said they aren’t taking exchanges at their time that I have to repurchase the bag and wait for a refund. Like do you really think I want to spend more money with you after receiving a defective product? NO I don’t! I won’t EVER shop with them again! When u spend $1100 on a diaper bag, you’d except it to be in top notch shape and that they expected it before it left! But NO

This is the worst brand ever

This is the worst brand ever. My order was placed on the 1st of April. However, until the 10th, they did not deliver my order, thus i had to cancel on the 11th. And till today, the 26th of April, they have not refunded me. What is wrong with this international brand?

Rude male staff…

Worst 2020 customer service from male staff mcm bahrain. Take tax money even tax included in receipt. Take more tahn actual price. Payment no receipt. Very bad service. I did not come there again.

It has been 3 months still no refund…

It has been 3 months still no refund for my returned item. I call every 2 weeks and get the run around.

Still waiting on a refund for a bag they never sent!

Purchased a bag, after a few days it wasn't posted so I contacted them asking if everything was okay. Turned out the last bag they had in stock was damaged and unsellable - annoying but no problem (would have been nice if they had contacted me though). Nearly 2 weeks later and no notification of refund and i'm still waiting - when I contact them they constantly fob me off with excuses that will require another 2-3 days to sort out it's also been 'esculated' twice now. It's a joke!! They're holding on to a large amount of my money for an item I am never going to receive and whats worse is they clearly see no problem with it. If you are going to buy from their website then use either Paypal or Credit Card so you are protected! I've now had to take the issue up with my payment method and try and get my money back that way. The whole experience has come across as a scam to me!

Customer service trash

Ordered a wallet, paid for 2nd day service.. it didnt make service.. every time I call .. they claim to be waiting on a decision for my refund. Trash company below standard when it comes to the basics of customer service.

Worst company ever , ordered the wrong phone case online , tried to call back right away to cancel it but they said no cancel or return !!!

Never received $265 refund from MCM for…

Never received $265 refund from MCM for returned item. I will NEVER order from this site again. I don't want the MCM bags I already have. The service reps seem to not know what to say or do so they give me the run around each I contact them. It has been over a month now and I will not stop contacting them. I wish I knew where else I could go. MCM SUCKS.

WORSE COMPANY EVER

The WORSE company I have ever had to deal with. Waiting on my refund for weeks now. I have a ton of MCM handbags from high end stores and NEVER had to deal with such bs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE SHOP OTHER HIGH END STORES FOR MCM PRODUCTS. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN!

These People are Worthless

so I was going to order a new belt today, and it would not accept my credit card on the website, so I called the number at the bottom of the page. the lady who had answered decided to place the order from her side of things. we got the order complete, and when I got the tracking number I checked it and it was the wrong belt! so I informed her that it was the wrong belt. she then cancelled the order without telling me first and decided to try and re-order another belt, knowing that my funds were not returned to my card yet and wouldn't be for up to 30 days after they reversed it!!! so my card was declined as I only transferred enough to purchase the 1 belt into that account. she then told me that she cancelled the last order completely and that she would put me on hold and try to fix it. then proceeded to hang up on me... F****** B***!!!! I called back again and I was connected to a supervisor named Nick, he then told me that there was nothing he could do and that it all was up to MY bank and that it was basically over for me and that I had two wait... I am so unbelievably angry, i payed for 2 day shipping as well. absolutely worthless people would not recommend ever buying from this company unless from the outlet/boutique

Amazing service!
I checked out the site due to the sale they had on, but was not really sure on what I wanted to buy, so I used their chat function. I spoke to Ronny who couldn't have been more helpful! First I started in German, which he went along with, but when he realised I was having trouble, he offered to help in English, which I found really caring. Anyway, I found what I wanted and will definitely be back again!

Bought handbag from MCM UK store

Bought handbag from MCM UK store. Returned to my home country and saw security bag still on the strap ( rolled up inside the bag ).
I emailed the store but was told to bring it back to the store (even when I told them I did not live in the UK). I asked whether the UK store could contact one of the MCM stores In my country, but was told to try contacting myself. They also suggested taking the bag to a shoe repair shop in the UK (again even when I said I don’t live in the UK).
I emailed MCM customer service in my home country and was told the theft alarm system used was different from the UK MCM store. When I asked for the store managers email, she refused and said it’s personal data.
I tried contacted UK MCM Worldwide online but was told the online store a was separate business from MCM branches.
Its been a year now and I’ve tried very high street shop in my country begging them to try removing the security tags for me. Most of them look at me in a suspicious way and none of their systems could remove the tag.
Such poor poor customer service. It’s like banging your head against a wall. Once you’re out of the shop, they don’t want to know!
